After months of hard work and hundreds of technical things to make decisions about, our little brewhouse has at last been completed and packed into shipping containers. Don and the team at DME have done a great job building our brewing equipment and putting up with our anal approach to detail wouldn’t have been easy. It sailed from Halifax in Canada to start its 20,000km journey to Byron on the 17th of July….so right about now its probably taking in the sights of the Caribbean…..hope there’s no pirates around!
