At this time of the year there aren’t many better places in this fine land to settle in for a beer. It’s a steep climb up from the beach to the bar at the Pacific Hotel in Yamba, but it’s a great way to add a bit of sweat to the drying salt water on your back. By the time you get to the bar you’re more than ready to blow the froth off a refreshing beer. It’s no surprise that the Pacific is going through a bit of Stone & Wood at the moment, with both Draught Ale and Pale Lager on tap you are spoilt for choice. Relaxing with a cold beer as you look out over the blue of the Pacific Ocean is just priceless … well apart from the cost of the schooner of course.

I recently had the privilege of visiting Australia and enjoyed myself thoroughly. The opportunity to try your fine beers was presented to me by the staff at The Local in Sydney located on South Dowling. I have since regaled my friends and co-workers on the virtues of Stone and Wood Lager and Draught. I do have two small complaints, firstly, your fine product has ruined my palate for Canadian beer and secondly, I can’t buy Stone and Wood in Canada…pity. Thank you for making a superior product and I hope to enjoy them in your wonderful country soon again.
Ty
I was just wondering if your beer was vegetarian? Does it contain any fish or animal products – I DO love it – but will love it more + get all of my vego friends onto it if it IS indeed Vego.

Hi, Stone & Wood beers are 100% vego … no meat in our brews … happy drinking … cheers
Hi Ty, Thanks for the kind words … Canada is a long way from Byron Bay, so it will be a long time before we look to export them over there. Keep drinking good beer, and we hope you get the chance to come back here soon. Cheers
Hello
I am in Yamba, let me know when its on its way or if i can pick a few cases up from the brewery.
Have you started bottling draft ale yet? I am hanging out for a few cases
Cheers Brett
Yes, we ran the first Draught Ale bottles last week, so they are ready to go. Should be some heading to Yamba soon.
