This exciting event is in partnership with Transition Farm, featuring top chefs Paul Wilson and Dave Marshall who together grow unique & exotic heritage varieties of biodynamic vegetable fruits, plants and herbs.
They dial up the flavour, nutrition and creativity of their much lauded menus at Wilson & Market Brasserie.
Expect a generous feast of sustainable seafood and wood roasted ethically farmed meat alongside abundant plant based and vegetarian gastronomy to thrill all food lovers.
Beer crafted with the same integrity and unique flavour will be matched to each wave of delicious sustainable, seasonal and natural food.
