Yes, if you’re doing a tour please wear sturdy enclosed shoes.
That means it’s sold out. Tours sell out a few weeks in advance.
You must be over 18 to participate in our tours.
No, it simply means there is only one ticket left for the tour on this date.
As we work in an operating brewery, we must limit tours to a maximum of 12 people so we can ensure everyone in the group is safe and has a great time on our brewery tours.
If it’s more than 48 hours before the tour, we can refund. If not, then we won’t be able to.
If the tour is sold out then, unfortunately, we can’t take anymore due to space restrictions. However, they can always come over to the Tasting Room for a tasting paddle while you’re on tour.

Yes! We welcome doggos to both our Tasting Room in Byron Bay and our Brissy brewery.
While kids are absolutely welcome to our brewery Tasting Room, they aren’t permitted on brewery tours for safety reasons.

Yes! If you get hungry while you’re with us, our canteens are available for a bite to eat. Check out our menu for the Byron Brewery here. Brisbane’s menu changes frequently, check in directly for more info. Both breweries offer vegetarian options and can modify for vegans.
We don’t take bookings at our breweries. If you are bringing a group of 10 or more get in touch with the team so they can look after you.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to accept hens or bucks parties. Our licensing restrictions and family friendly vibe just don’t offer the right space for pre-wedding parties. That said, while you here, if you personally wanted to quietly pop in for a tour and a tasting paddle you’ll find all the details here: https://www.stoneandwood.com.au/brewery-tours/. If you get hungry, you can grab a bite from our canteen while you’re in.

We only make 4-5 weeks available at any one time so that the tasting room team can get an idea of the working production requirements of our brewery and plan the tours around events, special brew days etc.

Thanks for making a purchase on our online store! Orders are dispatched within 24hrs of when you placed your order, on business days. Outside of Australia, you can enjoy our Original Pacific Ale in select Countdown stores and online in New Zealand. You can also order it online and find it at Majestic Wine Stores in the UK. It’s also available in Hong Kong and Singapore. Unfortunately, we don't have the set up yet to deliver our beers to other countries. Maybe we'll get over there one day though!
We send out limited releases to our Beer Club members 6 times a year. This includes 5 deliveries of 2 x 500ml Counter Culture cans and 1 delivery of our Stone Beer Vintage Pack (1 x 500ml Vintage Stone Beer crock and 1 x 330ml Stone Beer)
When you join the Beer Club you will receive a welcome pack including 2 Beer Club glasses, a Beer Club cap and the latest limited release. We’ll also give you access to exclusive products and deals throughout the year.
We send out a monthly Beer Club newsletter that includes exclusive video content, stories and beer news throughout the year. We’ll also invite you along to events, including Beer Club only events.
You might want to gift a six-month or ongoing Beer Club membership to someone special but want to hold onto the Welcome Pack until a particular date. For instance, you might purchase a membership on 1 January, but don’t want them to receive the Welcome Pack until their birthday on 30 January – if it arrives early, it might spoil the surprise!
In this case, we recommend purchasing the membership with your name and mailing address so the Welcome Pack arrives to your house, and holding onto this until you’re ready to hand it to the person in mind. Then, log into your Beer Club account and change the email and address to the recipient’s. That way, all ongoing Beer Club deliveries and newsletters will be sent to them.
Alternatively, if that someone special doesn’t live near you, try to purchase the Beer Club membership as close to the gifting date as possible, with the recipient’s mailing address. Once they’ve received their Welcome Pack, log into your Beer Club account and change the email to the recipient’s email. That way, all ongoing Beer Club newsletters will be sent to them.
It costs $15 a month to be a Beer Club member or you can join for 6 months for $90 or 12 months for $180.
