For quality and safety reasons, we only sell kegs to licensed venues.

Do you have gift vouchers available for online store/tours/food at your Breweries?
Yes! Here’s where you’ll find them.
Online purchase gift cards – These gift cards can be used for any purchases on our online store.
Brewery tour gift cards – Click on this link then click ‘book now’. This one allows you to buy 1 or more brewery tour at our Byron Brewery.
Tasting room vouchers – We currently don’t have the capacity to purchase a ‘bar tab’ type situation for food or beer in the tasting room.

Is your brewery pet-friendly?
Our brewery in Byron is pet-friendly – doggos welcome! Unfortunately, our Brisbane brewery can’t host pets.
Can I bring my kid to the brewery and on brewery tours?
While kids are absolutely welcome to our brewery Tasting Room, they aren’t permitted on brewery tours for safety reasons.
Can I have my function/wedding at your brewery in Byron or Brisbane?

Do your breweries sell food?
Can I visit the Brewery in for my best mate’s bucks/hens?
Unfortunately we aren’t able to accept hens or bucks parties. Our licensing restrictions and family friendly vibe just don’t offer the right space for pre-wedding parties. That said, while you here, if you personally wanted to quietly pop in for a tour and a tasting paddle you’ll find all the details here: https://stoneandwood.com.au/brewery-tours/. If you get hungry, you can grab a bite from our canteen while you’re in.
Do you do tours of your Brisbane Brewery?
Not at the moment.
Why can’t I book in for a tour on the date that I’m after?
We only make 4-5 weeks available at any one time so that the tasting room team can get an idea of the working production requirements of our brewery and plan the tours around events, special brew days etc.
We recommend booking your tour at least 2 weeks out. You can book here.
Can I use the $20 discount voucher that I got on your website when I’m at the brewery?
Any vouchers or offers available on our website can only be used for online store purchases.
I’m interested in whether you could support my community fundraiser – who do I contact?

I ordered from your online store and I am yet to receive a confirmation email with tracking?
Thanks for making a purchase on our online store! Orders are dispatched within 24hrs of when you placed your order, on business days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once the package has left our warehouse. If you have not received your tracking information within 48hrs of making a purchase, please feel free to email us at email@example.com
I ordered two cartons, but only 1 has arrived?
Multiple carton orders can sometimes be split. Please wait an additional day for your other carton/s to arrive and if they haven’t arrived by then, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will chase them up for you.
Can I use multiple discounts for the same purchase?
We will not be offering a combination of discounts to be used through our online store during the same purchase.
Can I order cartons through your online store for my wedding/bucks/event?
If you need a bulk order consider that your order may be split up and arrive on different days. Please allow ample time for your order to arrive (at least 7 days prior, plus shipping time). As with all courier services, sometimes we experience delays, so if you need the stock urgently please reach out to our friendly Customer Service team at email@example.com and ask us to provide you with a recommendation for a local bottleshop.

I am having trouble making a purchase on your online store. Why am I receiving an error?
Sometimes if you try again it will succeed the second time, or please try refreshing and/or trying in a different browser, sometimes Chrome will get it done where Explorer might not.

How often will I receive limited release beers as a Beer Club member?
We send out limited releases to our Beer Club members 6 times a year. This includes 5 deliveries of 2 x 500ml Counter Culture cans and 1 delivery of our Stone Beer Vintage Pack (1 x 500ml Vintage Stone Beer crock and 1 x 330ml Stone Beer)
What else is included?
When you join the Beer Club you will receive a welcome pack including 2 Beer Club glasses, a Beer Club cap and the latest ltd release.
We send out a monthly Beer Club newsletter that includes exclusive video content, stories and beer news throughout the year. We’ll also invite you along to events that are happening throughout the year.
How much does it cost to be a Beer Club member?
It costs $15 a month to be a Beer Club member or you can join for 6 months for $90.
I am a member of your Beer Club but I did not receive the most recent Counter Culture release?
Please check your account to ensure that your credit card details are active. If you credit card has expired, you can update your details via your account login. If you are having trouble, please call our Customer Service Team on 02 6685 5173 and they can update those details for you over the phone.
How can I update my address or credit card details?
Log in to your account on our online store, select Manage Beer Club Membership > View Details of your membership. Here you can update your address and payment details.
