We would like to advise you that we have instigated a voluntary partial recall of our Pacific Ale 330ml product with the best before date code of 25.02.17.
The partial recall of the above product is a precautionary measure due to an isolated incident that may have led to traces of residual cleaning solution transferring to a small number of bottles in a single batch. In accordance with our quality procedures we are recalling all product from within that batch.
The affected product has been available for sale in Northern New South Wales and Queensland only. We are now notifying our customers and the relevant authorities in accordance with our established product recall plan.
Should you have any of the above batch of Pacific Ale please contact our customer care team as soon as possible, or return to your place of purchase. A full refund or replacement shall be provided on the return of the recalled products.

- Where can I find the date code?
The best before date can be found on the neck of the 330ml bottle and stamped on the side of 24 x 330ml pack cases.
- I have some of this batch of beer, how do I claim my refund or replacement?
Call our customer care line and our team will arrange a full refund or replacement and collection.
- What happens if I’ve drunk this?
Only a very small number of bottles from this batch may have been affected. If consumed they may be harmful. As a precaution we are advising consumers not to drink any Pacific Ale product with this batch code and to contact our team to arrange collection and a refund or replacement.
