Independent breweries, beer tastings, brewing masterclasses and more – our Backyard Invitational Gold Coast will feature everything we love about beer!
Following its inaugural event last November at our Brisbane brewery site, we’re excited to invite you to the Backyard Invitational Gold Coast – an all-inclusive beer festival and charity fundraiser featuring 22 independent brewing and distilling friends from the region and beyond.

Hosted at the Surfstitch Warehouse in Burleigh Waters, the Backyard Invitational brings together friends and family for the love of independent beer, with tasting stands, food trucks, live music, and beer industry talks and masterclasses spread across two 3.5-hour sessions.
An event for beer-lovers – from craft explorers to dedicated beer geeks – the Backyard Invitational Gold Coast is, importantly, an opportunity for brewers and drinkers to connect and share the pleasures of craft beer.

Plus, all profits from the Backyard Invitational will be directed to a Gold Coast charity – announced soon – via our national not-for-profit, the inGrained Foundation.
