You just bring yourself, family and friends…We’ve got the rest sorted!
As days become short, we release our seasonal Stone Beer to warm you on the cool clear nights of Winter.
To kick it all off we’re holding our annual Festival of the Stone at our brewery in Byron on 9 May.
A part from launching our limited release, it is an occasion for us to bring the community together and celebrate with beers, great food and awesome live, local music.Â
We’ve got JR Smokehouse coming down with his smoker to serve up hearty plates that are made for drinking beer and 100 Mile Table will be serving up there usual delicious locally sourced fare (yes, we’ve got vegos covered too).
Brisbane slide guitarist Pat Tierney will be putting up fresh folky tunes, followed by local psychedelic band The Babe Rainbow who’ve just been announced on the Splendour line up.
We’ll be holding screen printing workshops throughout the day, where you can come and print your own calico bag with one of our designs.
Like last year, it will be gold coin entry. These along with the profits from our beer will go through our Ingrained Community Program to the Northern Rivers Community Fund which directly helps local not-for-profit organisations. Last year with the help of the other stallholders we raised over $4000 and we would love to be able to do it again this year! For every dollar donated, you will receive a raffle ticket and go into the draw to win local prize packs kindly donated by Afends, McTavish, Thrills, Salumi, DHD and more!
So block out the date and drop into the brewery from 4-10pm and connect with like minded people and families. Mother’s Day’s the next day, so why don’t you bring her along too!
