This time of year it’s hot work out in the brewery. The beads of sweat cluster above the beards like a cold beer put in the sun and gazing out at the heat rising, the hope of the coastal breeze swinging toward the shed makes a Brewer thirsty. So when the brews are in the tanks, the kegs are filled and pallets are sent off, it doesn’t take much persuading to get the guys to come for a drink at one of the locals in town.
For us, sitting back enjoying a good beer in great company at our local is what it’s all about – being surrounded by and supporting the people who support us.
From the beginning, we set out to create a brewery that’s an important part of the community and we are lucky to feel that sense of personal connection within the Northern Rivers.
On Saturday 22 February, The Crafty Pint is inviting brewers, venues and beer lovers across the nation to come together at their local breweries, bars and bottleshops to raise a glass or three of locally brewed beer.
What better excuse do we need to get involved?!
Our brewers will be down at The Rails in Byron on Saturday arvo (22 February) enjoying our Stone & Wood on tap from 3-5pm. So, why don’t you come down and say hey, they’d love to share a few beers with you and say thanks for your support!
