We are who we are today because of the community in and around the Northern Rivers; these are the people who supported our beer and our approach from the beginning.
Giving back to this community is an important part of our culture and one of our commitments in something we call the Stone & Wood Wheel, a stakeholder model that represents all the communities that relate to our business and how we work with these in mind.
Recently, to maximise our efforts, we stopped production at our Murwillumbah brewery for a day and sent our entire production team into the community. The crew split across 13 different sites to engage in beach clean-ups, community gardening and tree planting, while other assisted with house and yard work at local residents’ properties.
