The Original Pacific Ale
Slow Down, Soak It Up
Inspired by our home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, we brew our golden hazy Pacific Ale with all Australian barley, wheat and Galaxy hops from Tasmania, which give the beer its big tropical fruit aromas and flavours and a refreshing finish. This is what we’ve long called ‘Byron Bay in a bottle’.

Counter Culture
Beers that go against the grain
Our limited-release Counter Culture range is filled with weird and wonderful beers that deviate from our core range. These releases feature recipes we’ve never tried before, as well as popular Pilot Batch beers from the past, collaboration brews and beer inspired by the broader brewing community.

Pilot Batch
Untried. Experimental. Limited
Brewed right here in the brewery, our Pilot Batch series is where our resident Byron brewers let loose on different ingredients and brewing techniques. These creative one-off brews are seasonal and rotational – and once they run out, may never return. You can enjoy our Pilot Batch beers straight from the tap or fill a 1L Sharer bottle to take home.

What’s on the canteen menu?
Hungry? Our Byron Brewery kitchen is run by 100 mile table and has a delicious selection of lunch meals and snacks. Ask our friendly staff about the Staff Meal and any specials for the week, we have the kids covered too.

Beer as a Force for Good
For us, good means more than just the quality or the taste of the beer; it reflects how we fulfil our role as the local brewer and encapsulates how we work with the environment and give back to the community.
As a B-Corp certified business, we’re proud to be part of a global movement of businesses working to create positive impact in the world. We use this score as a benchmark to review and improve the way we run our business.

The inGrained Foundation
After donating $750,000 to not-for-profits between 2013 and 2018, we founded our national not-for-profit the inGrained Foundation as the next step in our commitment to supporting our communities. A national not-for-profit, the inGrained Foundation works to generate and direct donations to grassroots Northern Rivers charities to encourage capacity-building in our region.
Stone & Wood funds the inGrained Foundation through $1 donated per litre of beer sold in our breweries, $1 per 100 litres sold elsewhere, and through our major fundraising events throughout the year, including our Murwillumbah Open Day and Festival of the Stone.
