Located on the dynamic Bridge Street in Fortitude Valley, our Brisbane brewery is set inside the heritage-listed Trails Ice building, serving up Stone & Wood, exclusive Brisbane brews and exceptional food in an innovative, industrial space.

Our River City location boasts an 8-hectolitre brewhouse and 24 taps pouring some of the city’s most exciting beers, and for those not on the froth, we stock an amazing selection of wines, seltzers, ginger beer and Brookie’s Gin & Tonics

All these delicious drops are complimented by a kitchen run by local caterers, William Wallace Group. With mouth-watering snacks and meals flying over the counter, the Brissie brewery is the perfect place to catch up over a meal or for a special event.

For those looking to party, the Brewery offers space for events, catering for 20 to 250 guests. Whether that’s a hallmark birthday with all the people you love, a corporate function to celebrate a big win or a get together with old mates, we can help you out. We’re even available to happy couples who are looking for a wedding venue with a frothy twist.


With 24 taps pouring some of Brisbane’s best beers, there’s something for every beer lover’s palate on in our tap room. Come on in to try our delicious Stone & Wood core range fresh on tap and a wild rotation of weird and wonderful limited release and experimental brews.

Accompanying all this good stuff, is an unbeatable menu of meals and snacks presented by local foodie gurus, William Wallace Group.

Their carefully curated menu matches the selection of brews available on tap, each meal bringing out the best in what craft beer has to offer.

Using the best in local and seasonal produce, our brilliant brewery kitchen ensures finding a place for a weekend lunch or after work dinner is sorted.

Brewery Experience

Ever wondered what goes into that delicious glass of beer?

Our guided brewery experience and tasting provide an up close and personal experience that’s fun for all level of beer lovers.

Kicking off with a welcome beer, your intimately sized tour group will sit down with one of our Tasting Room crew to explore the history of beer, its ingredients, our story and our approach to conscious business.

As part of the tour, you’ll get a brief explanation with our pilot brewery to understand how beer goes through each stage before things wrap up with a guided tasting of five beers, including a variety of our core range, one-off Pilot Batch beers and limited releases.

Perfect for a fun day out with friends or family, to celebrate a birthday or as a first stop on a wider tour.

We have a few function spaces available to hire in our beautiful heritage listed building, right in the heart of Fortitude Valley.


Our Options

Our airy and light-filled space of Platform One is at the front of our Brewery, nestled next to our main bar area an immersed in the urban landscape of Fortitude Valley. Perfect for canapés, afterwork drinks or a seated dinner.


For a more private and intimate area, our Beer Parlour can host groups of up to 90 people. The Boiler Room Beer Parlour suits corporate gatherings and presentations, as well as cocktail-style gatherings and large group dinners.


Venue Hire

Want the entire brewery all to yourselves? Our exclusive venue hires can cater up to 250 people.


We have carefully curated function packages to suit every occasion, including food provided by William Wallace Group Catering, with menus ranging from canapés to shared feasts… and of course fresh beers straight from the tank, wine and other non-beer options!

Is the Brewery pet friendly?

Yep, your furry friends are welcome.

Is the Brewery family friendly?

Our Tasting Room welcomes little ones. We have high chairs and colouring in available.

Do you have a kids menu?

Yes, we do!

Can I book a table?

Yes, you can book a table online here

Can you accommodate large group bookings?

We sure do! We also host functions and cater to your needs. Contact us to enquire about a function or book a table online for a usual booking.

Do you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options?

We do, see our menu for dietary options or speak to our friendly staff.

Is the Brewery wheelchair accessible?

What is the Sharer bottle? Can I refill it at the brewery?

The Sharer is a 1L refillable bottle available from our Tasting Room. Find out more here.

Are there other modes of transport available?

Bus: Take the bus route of 300, 302, 306, or 322. Get off at the Wickham Street at Bridge
Street stop 5. We are 2 minutes away, so head toward Wickham Street and we are
on the right where the fresh beer is.

Train: Hop
on any train that goes to Fortitude Valley and then walk about 6 minutes to get
to the brewery. Turn left when you walk out of the Fortitude Valley station
down Brunswick Street and then turn left onto Wickham Street. Walk down Wickham
Street for 5 minutes and turn left onto Bridge Street. We are on the right
where the fresh beer is.

Ferry x– 20 minute walk.

Do you have parking available nearby?

There is very limited free on-street parking as well as metered on-street parking available.

Do you have a dress code?

No dress code, come as you are.
