Delivery & Returns
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT
If you place your order before midday on a weekday, it will leave with the courier that day. Any orders placed after midday will go the next day or on the following Monday if it’s over the weekend.
You’ll receive your tracking number in an email once your order has left the brewery. From there you’ll receive notifications on when it will arrive from Aramex via our emails and/or SMS to you.
IS THERE ANYWHERE YOU DON’T DELIVER?
We currently don’t delivery to some really remote areas, dry zones and overseas. We also can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
IDENTIFICATION AND RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL SERVICE
Stone & Wood supports the responsible consumption of beer including moderation and legal age requirements. Just like a pub the delivery driver may ask for ID or refuse delivery if you appear intoxicated.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong thing or your order is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve things quickly.
