For quality and safety reasons, we only sell kegs to licensed venues.

Do you have a dress code?

Yes, if you’re doing a tour please wear sturdy enclosed shoes.

What if the date I want to attend isn’t on the drop-down list?

That means it’s sold out. Tours sell out a few weeks in advance.

What is the legal age to do a tasting tour?

You must be over 18 to participate in our tours.

I can only see one tickets available for the date I want? Does this mean I have to book tickets individually?

No, it simply means there is only one ticket left for the tour on this date.

Can you release additional ticket for the date I want so I can book with a friend?

As we work in an operating brewery, we must limit tours to a maximum of 12 people so we can ensure everyone in the group is safe and has a great time on our brewery tours.

What if I need to get a refund?

If it’s more than 48 hours before the tour, we can refund. If not, then we won’t be able to.

My friend would like to come but doesn’t have a ticket. Can I bring them?

If the tour is sold out then, unfortunately, we can’t take anymore due to space restrictions. However, they can always come over to the Tasting Room for a tasting paddle while you’re on tour.

Can I change dates?

Maybe. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do (this is usually only possible if there are spaces on another tour).

Is your brewery pet-friendly?

Yes! We welcome doggos to both our Tasting Room in Byron Bay and our Brissy brewery.

Can I bring my kid to the brewery and on brewery tours?

While kids are absolutely welcome to our brewery Tasting Room, they aren’t permitted on brewery tours for safety reasons.

Can I have my function/wedding at your brewery in Byron or Brisbane?

Do your breweries sell food?

Yes! If you get hungry while you’re with us, our canteens are available for a bite to eat. Check out our menu for the Byron Brewery here.  Brisbane’s menu changes frequently, check in directly for more info. Both breweries offer vegetarian options and can modify for vegans.

Can I make a reservation at either of your breweries?

We don’t take bookings at our breweries. If you are bringing a group of 10 or more get in touch with the team so they can look after you.

Can I visit the Brewery in for my best mate’s bucks/hens?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to accept hens or bucks parties. Our licensing restrictions and family friendly vibe just don’t offer the right space for pre-wedding parties.  That said, while you here, if you personally wanted to quietly pop in for a tour and a tasting paddle you’ll find all the details here: https://www.stoneandwood.com.au/brewery-tours/. If you get hungry, you can grab a bite from our canteen while you’re in.

Do you do tours of your Brisbane Brewery?

Not at the moment.

Why can’t I book in for a tour on the date that I’m after?

We only make 4-5 weeks available at any one time so that the tasting room team can get an idea of the working production requirements of our brewery and plan the tours around events, special brew days etc.

We recommend booking your tour at least 2 weeks out. You can book here.

Can I use the $20 discount voucher that I got on your website when I’m at the brewery?

Any vouchers or offers available on our website can only be used for online store purchases.

I ordered from your online store and I am yet to receive a confirmation email with tracking?

Thanks for making a purchase on our online store! Orders are dispatched within 24hrs of when you placed your order, on business days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once the package has left our warehouse. If you have not received your tracking information within 48hrs of making a purchase, please feel free to email us at [email protected]

I ordered two cartons, but only 1 has arrived?

Multiple carton orders can sometimes be split. Please wait an additional day for your other carton/s to arrive and if they haven’t arrived by then, please email [email protected] and we will chase them up for you.

Can I use multiple discounts for the same purchase?

We will not be offering a combination of discounts to be used through our online store during the same purchase.

Can I order cartons through your online store for my wedding/bucks/event?

If you need a bulk order consider that your order may be split up and arrive on different days. Please allow ample time for your order to arrive (at least 7 days prior, plus shipping time). As with all courier services, sometimes we experience delays, so if you need the stock urgently please reach out to our friendly Customer Service team at [email protected] and ask us to provide you with a recommendation for a local bottleshop.

I am having trouble making a purchase on your online store. Why am I receiving an error?

Sometimes if you try again it will succeed the second time, or please try refreshing and/or trying in a different browser, sometimes Chrome will get it done where Explorer might not.

Can I order your beer from overseas?

Outside of Australia, you can enjoy our Original Pacific Ale in select Countdown stores and online in New Zealand. You can also order it online and find it at Majestic Wine Stores in the UK. It’s also available in Hong Kong and Singapore. Unfortunately, we don't have the set up yet to deliver our beers to other countries. Maybe we'll get over there one day though!
