Our spiritual home, Byron Bay is where it all began for Stone & Wood. These days, our Byron Brewery plays home to a 31 Tank Brewery, tasting room, beer garden and a canteen. Brewery Tours are held six days a week and will give you a better insight into who we are and how our beers are made.

Our Brisbane Brewery, set in the bustle of Fortitude Valley, is where we shake off the sand and slip into something a little more urban. Set in a heritage listed building and home to some of our best pilot batches and events, this is perfect place for after work drinks or that weekend catch up with friends.

If Byron is the heart of our business, our Murwillumbah brewery is the guts. It’s here in the rolling hills of the Northern Rivers that we do all the heavy lifting, getting the freshest beer into hands around the country. We open this brewery to the public once a year for our Murbah Open Day.
