All profits from Festival of the Stone will be going towards local rough sleeping and homelessness support service, Fletcher St Cottage.
The cottage is a welcoming, safe and respectful space where people who are sleeping rough can come to enjoy simple, practical relief opportunities, find connections and access broader support.
Make a fun contribution to Fletcher St by entering in our raffle! We are running raffles across the night where you can take out a prize packed with local goodies. A great way to get behind a good cause. Look for our crew making the rounds with raffle buckets and at the Merch Corner. Eftpos payment option will be available.

Yazmin kicked off her DJ career in 2013, with best friend Bela, under the alias Perfect Strangers, and played at venues around Eastern Australia and Bali. In 2015 she moved to London and, for the next 6.5 years, played at the top clubs and events around London, including Printworks, Ministry of Sound, Egg Club, South West Four Festival, Electric Brixton and loads more! Recently landing back on home soil, with musical influences from around the world and a love for deep, progressive, electro, funky, tech and Afro house, this charismatic chick is sure to push the tempo at any event!
Putting the “Club” in “Raiders”, one 1/2 of the musical genius behind Byron Bays legendary Club Raiders parties, Sammy K brings an insatiable energy to all his DJ sets and parties. When he’s not walking around bigger than Prince, he’s mentoring the next generation of DJs or getting excited about the latest bangers getting released. Bigger than the game for good reason, don’t miss a Sammy K DJ set.
Cashew’s infectious sounds are ready to take you on a joyous journey through house, deep house, hip-hop, RnB, funk and disco. Her talent taking her from the dancefloors of Sydney, up the east coast, with highlight sets at the Falls Festival and Splendour in the Grass to Europe’s biggest party destination with a summer residency at Greece’s PASH Nightclub, plus guest sets at Hermes Pool Bar and Far Out Beach Club. She’s currently been staking her ground with regular gigs in the Byron and Gold Coast party scene. Versatile, distinctive and relentlessly fun.
Sammy Sammond, the sultan of suave, the only thing bigger than his tunes is his air max collection. Rarely seen behind the DJ decks unless it’s anything less than a warehouse party, it’s a rare treat to see this big cat out in the wild – ladies and gentlemen, we are in for a treat.
Always fun with an infectious ability to get a dancefloor moving, Reif approaches DJing from a love of music that crosses many genres. Sunset sessions to steaming or 3am in the warehouse, & everything in between, Reif has opened for quality acts such as the Aston Shuffle, Northeast Party House, Drapht, Claptone, Rob Pix, Torren Foot & Dom Dolla.
Growing up in the Byron shire, Mase has played events and had residencies across some of Byron’s best pubs and clubs. Adding to the resume some big sets at Splendour in The Grass and Falls Festival. Mase has also played support acts for big names in the industry to the likes of Motez and DOORLY. Inspired with the sounds of deep bass lines and tech house grooves, he is sure to slip something in to get you moving.
TRANSPORT & PARKING
Drop off/ Pick Up & Parking
We’re encouraging all festival attendees, if driving to drop-off or park at the Cavanbah Centre which will have a dedicated Festival of the Stone carpark. There is a short walk on a pedestrian pathway on Ewingsdale Road that leads directly to our Festival entrance. Only Ubers, buses and taxi’s can drop off directly in front of the brewery on Centennial Circuit.
We will have a FREE shuttle bus looping on the hour for the duration of the event from Byron Bay Bus Interchange (Butler St), Cavanbah Centre Carpark and the festival at Stone & Wood Brewery at Centennial Circuit. There will be more bus shuttles available from 9pm going directly back into Byron via The Northern, then onto the Byron Bus Interchange.
MALT DISNEY (FOR THE KIDS)
At our dedicated kids area Malt Disney will be running from 3-7pm, KidzKlub will be providing workshops, arts and crafts and garden games, special guest appearances from Shorty Brown the Clown and Sally the Face Painting Princess.
Nothing goes better with fresh beer than delicious food, that’s why we’ve invited some of the Northern Rivers’ best providores along to get you fed. Starting with our Stone & Wood Canteen champs: 100 Mile Table; there will also be trucks and carts present from A Chef’s Pocket, Gunter’s Flammkuchen, Shoza Gyoza, Italian gelato from Benilato and coffee from Fern Vintage Van.
BEERS & DRINKS
This year we will have four bars, showcasing the favourites brews but each with their own flare.
The pride of the festival, Stone Beer – a wood-fired porter – will be yours for the drinking alongside all of your other Stone & Wood favourites and our non-frothy options: Treehouse Cider (GF), Sunly Seltzers (GF) and Little Dragon Ginger Beer (GF).
Sorry, no takeaways will be available for purchase during the festival.
Committing to our Green Feet program, we’ll be implementing our cup exchange, to wage the war on single-use plastic. This means you purchase a cup for $2 on your initial drink purchase and receive a $1 refund once returning your cup on the way out.
Get your hands on our very limited-edition Festival of the Stone tee, or some of our classic gear from our merch stand located just inside the Brewery.

Tunes to get you pumped for Byron’s biggest neighbourhood block party.
Sure is. Little ones very welcome, we have a dedicated kids area – Malt Disney available with kid’s activities and entertainment to keep them happy!
Unfortunately not, parents will be required to look after their grommets.
Yep. In order to ensure the entrance is kept as clear as possible, only buses, taxis and Ubers allowed down Centennial Circuit while the festival takes place.
Yes. We will have only one cash bar, all other bars will be Card Only.
The show will go on! Our main stage is under a marquee and we have our big brewery to cover off the main bar area and the DJ stage. Plenty of dry patches to be had.
While we love our furry friends here at Stone & Wood and are normally permitted in our beer garden, a loud festival with lots of people is not the safest or calmest place for them to be. Leave your little loved ones at home for this one.
Negative. We’ll happily refill your glass, but to take home some of the good stuff, you’ll have to visit one of the awesome local bottleshops or come back and see us another time.
