Fear not- your golden nectars are perfectly safe to drink. What you're explaining sounds like coagulated yeast!
All of our beers at Stone & Wood are unfiltered which means there is a natural yeast present, as we like the cloudiness and the natural flavours that come with unfiltered beer. Kind of like Coopers, if they sit for too long in the same position, this yeast can settle to the bottom/side/top of the bottle, and essentially clump up and not distribute evenly. This isn't a bad thing; it just means the beer needs a good swirl or vigorous roll prior to opening for even distribution, which we recommend doing prior to opening anyway! At times I've copped slightly more stubborn deposits of yeastafter they've been stored upside down, in which case I'll just pour them into a glass.
We actually made a little video about how to pour the perfect Pacific Ale, yeast and all! Check it out, https://stoneandwood.com.au/hand-hand-pouring-beer/
