The beer is good but customer service is terrible

The beer is good but customer service is terrible. The stone and wood website said the case would be delivered in 1-2 days. It ended up taking a week. I live in inner city Brisbane so was note remote or rural. I contacted customer but they were incredibly unhelpful. I had ordered the case for a family celebration but due to the late delivery we couldn’t enjoy the beer at the event . Poor customer service.
