You might have heard of petrichor – the nostalgic scent you experience when it starts raining. But we bet you haven’t heard of Petrihop – mainly because we just made it up. As soon as you open Petrihop, the aroma transports you to all the places you’ve experienced fresh hops before. Be that straight from the hopbine or enjoying a few beers with mates. Petrihop combines some of our favourite hops – from the USA, Aus and NZ to deliver a massive tropical fruit and stone fruit bomb. And with a light and hazy malt body, very low bitterness and soft pillowy mouthfeel, the hops can really shine through. At 7.5% it’s a perfect one to share with your mates.

THE FINER DETAILS

HOPS

The hops, the hops and nothing but the hops. A blend of Citra, Idaho 7, Riwaka, Eclipse, Simcoe, Mosaic, from NZ, AUS and USA to deliver a massive tropical fruit and stone fruit bomb, with a little bit of pine and resin to add complexity.

MALT

Using a clean base malt with rolled oats and wheat malt to add that beautiful haze and silky mouthfeel.

FOOD PAIRING

This NEIPA works well as a contrast to big, delicious flavours like a lamb roast, or would even compliment a desert such as a tart lemon cheesecake.
