The Radler is a crisp beer cut with citrus. Brewed with pale regen malts and Galaxy hops, it pours golden and lightly hazy with a pillowy foam.

Made for sunny arvos with good mates, our Citrus Radler is delicately sparkling with notes of grapefruit, orange, and lemon.

WATCH: The love story of beer & citrus

The history of the Radler begins in the Alps, high in the mountains, with cyclists on a hot summer's day. Learn the story of the Radler, beer cut with citrus.

How do we brew a Radler?

Same way we brew any of our beers! Still use water, hops, malt and yeast but with the fruit flavour additions added at different times of the brew. The fruit is added at different times to the brew –  we add the lemon puree during the brew in the whirlpool (hot side) and post ferment we add natural orange and grapefruit flavours (cold side)
