TASTING NOTES

Available for a limited time

First came the Big Banana, then the pineapple and finally the prawn. Welcome to Australia’s next instalment of big. Our Biggest Pale yet.

Following the success of our Hinterland Hazy, we are over the moon to introduce the second instalment of our All-Australian Hops Series. The Hinterland Big Pale is a full-flavoured, limited edition, and well-balanced pale ale lighting up the Southern Cross with Aussie Eclipse and Vic Secret hops. Our Big Pale carries light tropical notes of mandarin and pineapple and sits at 5.6% ABV.

The Hinterland Big Pale is almost too good to share – but is best enjoyed chilled, in good company, under a clear night sky.

All Australian Hops from HPA

Australia is home to some legendary BIG hops. We're excited to reveal that our BIG Pale Ale release features Aussie Eclipse® and Vic Secret™ hops that carry light tropical notes of mandarin, pineapple, ginger, lime and pine.

When we set out to make this beer, we knew we needed to go straight to the experts of BIG things...so we enlisted HPA to give us their BIGGEST and best...

badda bing badda boom

That's how this BIG beer began.

An ode to Aussie Big things!

Aussie’s like big things. Whether it’s a big sheep, a banana, a prawn or a pineapple. We make 'em big.

But these are all from the 70’s and 80’s - no one’s making big things anymore.

So we decided to.

BIG AUSSIE HOPS + BIG AROMATIC FLAVOURS = BIG PALE ALE.

(And yes, big writing).

Big Pale Ale is the limited edition second instalment of our All-Australian Hops Series.

THIS BEER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD

Did you know that we donate $1 for every 100L of beer sold to our inGrained Foundation? Through inGrained we support local-level social and environmental organisations who are changing our communities from the ground up. So just by drinking this beer, you’re helping Aus become that little bit gooder.
