Cloud Catcher is our full-flavoured pale ale, brewed with all Australian pale and crystal malts and hopped with Galaxy, Ella and Enigma for tropical and stone fruit aromas and flavours, firm bitterness and a crisp finish. We first brewed Cloud Catcher in homage of the mountain close to our second brewery in Murwillumbah called Wollumbin (Mount Warning), whose local Aboriginal name translates to ‘cloud catcher’.

THE FINER DETAILS

HOPS

Late and dry hop additions of Australian Galaxy, Ella and Enigma gives Cloud Catcher a complex hop aroma. Tropical and stone fruit character from Galaxy pairs with hints of Citrus notes from Ella and Enigma creating a smooth yet multi-dimensional beer.

MALT

Light crystal malts gives this beer a light copper colour and a gentle hint of caramel on the palate. The full-bodied mouthfeel allows for a higher level of bitterness and crisp refreshing finish.
