THE FINER DETAILS

HOPS

Noble hops give this brew a spicy and herbaceous hop character, as well as a low clean bitterness, while light fruity esters come from the specific lager yeast strain. Brewed using Tettnanger, Spalt and Hersbrucker hops.

MALT

All German origin malts are used to give a traditional European profile of a classic Munich style Helles that provides hints of honey and bready malt in the aroma, and add a delicate and refreshing mouthfeel.

FOOD PAIRING

The perfect beer to be enjoyed alongside Asian foods and curries – Beef Rendang and dumplings.
